Moonlight - Starting at

I really enjoy a full moon in any season or weather,  but after a snowfall, when the heavy cloud cover creates a moody ring, the sense of calm is soothing.
 
ORIGINAL PIECE

In this series is the result of a mix of medias in a 3 step process; step 4 carries the original art forward as a giclee limited edition print.  First I photographed the scenery as it unfolded.  Next, in my studio, I print selected images on a variety of photographic and fine art papers until I am satisfied that I have the best combination for step 3, overlaying the image with water color paint to continue the story that mother nature started.  After the original art dries, I photograph it again. I select only the version that conveys the details and essence of the original for the limited print edition.
 
LIMITED EDITION GICLEE
Piece Size: 11"x14" Inclusive of a 1" border
Each of the 15 limited edition prints are created on archival, acid-free, museum-quality smooth 100% cotton rag paper with a natural white finish. In addition, each print is protected in an archival sleeve with an archival backing.  Also, after a careful inspection of the print, I personally hand-sign and number each piece before sending it along to you.
